Ignores customers, doesn't provide game keys promised at all.

In November I ordered my lovely Ryzen 5900x processor, for a decent price and pain-free delivery. Little in the way of tracking, but otherwise worth it for the rare price and quality goods available.

Where things take a dark turn however, are the extras. Does the part you're buying promise a game key with it to entice you? Mine promised Far Cry 6.

There was no key. So I emailed and was told to wait, 2 weeks later, there was no key. 3 weeks later, no key.

I had read horror stories of people online saying their keys were expiring, and I still hadn't gotten mine! I emailed more and more. Every week was the same "I don't know what is going on, I will talk to a superior" with no follow-up. (The guy who helped me seemed genuine, I imagine it is the superiors sharting around here)

It is now SEVEN MONTHS LATER and I have no key, heck, a key that probably would have expired by now too. My messages are also now completely ignored for the last month, leading me to this final avenue of at least warning others.

If you buy from PC Link Computers, don't expect your game keys or good communication! Expect your main product, and then to be janked around and eventually ignored completely.
