IF YOU LOOKING FOR TERRIBLE SERVICE, YOU'RE SHOPPING AT THE RIGHT PLACE!!!

I wish I could rate them -5 stars!!

Their service is pathetic and if there is an issue within the warranty period, they don't give you the money back or swop the product out with something of the same size, quality etc, they give you a voucher with a credit of the amount paid and if you want the same size TV back, you need to pay in the difference!!! What BS is that??? We bought a 55" TV and we want a 55" TV back!!! Why should I downgrade my size for their issues???

They have ZERO communication skills, one literally has to drive to their offices to get feedback/information from them!!!
