I paid for a wrong item which was about R 3620

I paid for a wrong item which was about R 3620. Upon realizing that I paid for lenses instead of the camera I needed; I then emailed them since all calls go to voicemail. Dehan Williams, rep**** to my email and said he will cancel the order and send me a refund. It’s been more than 3 months and I’m still waiting for my refund. Now they don’t even reply to my emails any more.
