HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM Pc Link Computers

I ordered a a few items from PC LINK on 21/12/2020. On their site it states delivery in 24-48 hours. I paid the delivery fee and waited patiently. I understood it was the week of Christmas and might not receive the items but still was optimistic. It is now the 7th of Jan 2021 and no parcel and no communication just an order confirmation with an order number. I try to login and access the TRACK order but it gives me an Error message. I try calling but only receive an automated message saying they will only be taking emails. I send emails and no reply. this is very unprofessional and really stressful as the items ordered were suppose to be Christmas gifts for son and the only reason I ordered from them is their quick delivery. I cannot even cancel the order as their site does not give that option. I would not recommend them to anyone as this has been an horrible experience not even sure if I will ever get my goods. this is basically *****. If anyone has had any experience with them and can help me please help....
