Horrible Service and no replies!

I placed an order for Corsair HS35 Gaming Headset on the 26th of March 2021. To this day I have not received my order. I have also tried to send correspondence 3 times but have not received any replies, retorts or feedback. PC Link was recommended to me by a close friend and expected much better service than this. I should have gone with my gut and stuck with Evetech or Takealot.
