Horrible Service

Horrible service. The timeline for delivery and availability of an item is completely false. I placed my order on the 6th December, I still don't have it, it's the 31st December. Their only way of communication is via email, which they never reply to. I had to go twice to their offices and dealt with Garth who promised the item will be there on the 17th December. I am still waiting. What kind of service is this, no one replies to emails. The least they can do is give an update on the status of the order.
