Hopeless support, slow delivery, can't get hold of anyone
Easy to order, hopeless to find out the status of the order. Wait on phone for 30 minutes or more only to have the call cut. Twice. Slow response via eail. Hopeless delivery. Will not use these guys again

13 Dec 2019, 10:04 Since the review, I have been contacted by several support staff at PC Link who have tried genuinely to assist. My thanks to them for their service. I would give them 5* on this.
I would still suggest to the management they put at least double the amount of people on telephone support and improve their online support process: try online chat. Also, integrate to their couriers so that the customer can track their own parcel. I am certain this would reduce the support calls. (The courier gives tracking options, but PC Linkj needs to give the customer the waybill/tracking number. Couriers don't understand your order number). This is not hard to do and should be essential for an online store.

I still didn't get a response, the package was not delivered on time, in fact it arrived several days late. I continued to not have any joy and it s=till takes about 30 minutes to get someone to answer a phone call.
