Highly unprofessional and misleading conduct

If i could give zero stars, i would, but that is clearly not an option. I ordered a monitor online on 5/5/2020 which was supposed to be shipped within 3 business days, as the item reflected on the website as being in "stock", which was the only reason i ordered through them. 3 days came and went and zero communication on anticipated delivery... I then followed up on e-mail, and almost daily since then and each time i inquired as to when i can expect delivery, i received a different and vague e-mail from different employee. Noone could commit to a delivery date and then Dehan Williams committed to 3 days from his e-mail on 13/05/2020, which i accepted, for as long as they stuck to it. I was today advised (some 7 days post the undertaking to deliver) that the stock couldn't be located and i was to be refunded.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL & DISORGANIZED BUNCH!

Now the wait for a refund begins...
