Here's how to get your refund

If you think you've been ****med by this lot, contact the payment gateway PayFast (Tel ***) and report it to them. PayFast dealt with it for me and I got a refund within 48 hours. (As you'll see from the reviews below, if they can't source the product, instead of proactively refunding you, they stop replying to your emails and you can only get voicemail on their phone line. So report it to their payment gateway. If they move from PayFast to another one, take note of which one they're using and go to them.)
