HELP!!!SOS!!!!!!!!!

I'm in a flat panic! I placed an order of imported goods 22/3/2021 and followed instructions to wait max 20 working days. When I tried to inquire via e mail after the 20 working days elapsed, the e mail returned and phoning doesn't help either. What to do?
