Have not received my item that a paid for, and PC Link support have been terrible

I recently bought an item from PC Link

After a week or so I had not yet received it, so I sent them an email (they don't have a telephone number, for whatever reason)

I did receive a reply. They apologized for they delay and let me know that the item had been couriered.

Two weeks later I still have not received it. I sent two more emails, neither of which have received a reply.

This is simply bad service, no other way to put it. It should not take two weeks to courier an item, and the lack of response is very concerning.
