Have not got my refund yet. Been waiting.

I bought from pclinkshop.co.za and got my items on time. I bought from pclinkshop.com and bought RAM, and they told me that my shipping is only coming in September so I asked for a refund.. They have still not refunded me or rep**** to any of my emails. The price that i bought the ram for was incredibly cheap so maybe they just wanted me to request a refund. They also didn't tell me there was a delay in shipping until I asked
