happy customer

I placed an order on the 2nd of May 2020 then again on the 5th and saw on there website it was out of stock .I then emailed PC Link and no responce. I tried calling but they rep**** that they only respond to emails . A sending several emails I got a phone call from them to confirm they had stock and that i will receive my order on Friday the 9th. I just received my order with fast way so thank u PC Link Computers Just a word of advise the customers that is placing orders by you are the people paying your salary. If people don't order your business will suffer. I know you are short staffed but still word can spread easily so try and respond to peoples emails and tell them if there are issues with stock or if it comes from a different country People will understand but to ignore customers is not good business practice nor is it ethical.
