Great when it works.

I have ordered from PC Link twice. Both times were great, good products at the lowest price I could find on the web. It seems all the bad reviews are related to communication. It seems when something goes wrong it is challenging to resolve. I received what I ordered with no hassles, so it is certainly not a **** as some claim. I would happily order from them in the future. I believe if something goes wrong it may take time to be resolved, and may even feel frustrating, but I do feel ultimately they will honour any sale made with them.
