Great service but warehouse problems

For the past 4 weeks I have been in contact with Pc Link Computers about two orders. I want to thank Travis for his service. I ESPECIALLY want to thank Ruan for his service. He gave me excellent service and kept his word on all accounts. He is the reason I am giving Pc Link a five star rating. There was some hick ups along the way but it was more the warehouses Pc Link sell for that caused it. The first order was delayed but that was due to fault on my part and bad communication on Pc Link's website. No one collected the delivery and it was sent back. When the fault was realised, Ruan made sure the package got delivered asap and did not charge me anything for the second delivery. The second order was more problematic. The order was delivered the very next day after ordering so that was amazing service. But the order I received had a manufacturing fault and needed to be sent back and replaced. So Mustek needed to do the delivery-collect. It took two weeks for them to do that with numerous communications on Pc Link's (Ruan & Travis) part to try and speed up the process to no avail. It finally got delivered and two days later the faulty product was collected. I would like to make a suggestion to Pc Link Computers. You do give good and even great service to your customers. Your call centre has improved dramatically. But the current setup of warehouses,couriers and the communication to us the customers are not working and this is why people are rating the company so low. Improve that and your ratings will increase and you will get more customers.
