Great service, but be patient

I received great service from these guys. They are extremely busy though, so patience is required. Got my 1st order within days. My 2nd and 3rd order took a lot longer. Best way to communicate with them is via e-mail though. I eventually cancelled my 3rd order and was refunded within 3 days.
