Great service

After having read the not-so-encouraging reviews and ratings of this small business, I was somewhat concerned that I'd placed an order with them for a high-end item. I feel it important to balance those comments with my experience of their efficiency. After waiting a week after order/payment and not hearing anything, I took a drive through to their Florida office. A team of busy people working assured me it is a credible business. When I was told that unfortunately, they could not immediately provide me with the item, because I'd opted for a courier delivery, I had no trouble trusting that. I was told that my order would arrive today or tomorrow. And it has already arrived.
