Great response and effort to resolve problem

Great response and effort by PC Link (specifically by Jarryd Faivelowitz) when I escalated a compliant regarding my delayed order. Jarryd was totally honest and transparent about the problem, did whatever he could to try to resolve it as soon as possible, and called me multiple times to keep me informed. This is the type of customer service I expect from a company, and reinforces my trust and comfort in continuing to deal with PC Link going forward.
