Great prices, don't expect communication or speed

Like most other reviews here. There is no communication unless you reach out. I talked with Mark and he answered all my emails within a few hours. Prices is great but don't order from them if you want you stuff quick.

I placed my order before reading any reviews. So when I received almost no communication from them a week after placing the order I went online to read reviews. I can't lie but I really panicked but I got Mark's email address from an review and I sent him a few emails. He rep**** with details and 2 tracking numbers of my order that they never sent me.

The shipping was extremely fast (within a day from their warehouse to Herm****) and my order didn't came all at once, rather over 2 days in 3 separate boxes. The courier guys also had the wrong information about me and thought they should deliver it to a computer store. So PC Link Computers really does have a massive communication issue.

Overall my experience were nerve-racking but the order didn't take too long (within a week and a half). Prices were excellent and they had parts that no other place had, but that is basically the only positive thing about PC Link.
