Goods not delivered

Bad service, i ordered some medication for pcos on the 14th Novemver, was told it will come 2nd week december, then end of 3rd week which is today nothing, they switched their phones off and you never receive any answer on email just excuses..i wantedmy money back they want to take 30% of my money for themselves, this is just bull**** service .
