Goods not delivered and no help from PC Link

I bought a security camera at PC Link because they had the best price. The order and payment was made the 24th of August 2021. On the 1st of September I emailed PC Link support with the order details to request an update regarding the delivery. I did not receive feedback to date. Due to COVID we tend to buy as much as possible online. I have learned a few hard lessons. Buy only at well known online shops. How am I going to get the ordered items or money back from this business is now the next unnecessary issue I created for myself by buying from PC Link.
