Good service with order no. 103475

I was in a time crunch and had to buy a computer part that could not find anywhere else and needed it the same day.

I phoned the sale staff probably 10 times to ask information about the part I needed and the availablity to it for the same day. After deciding on a model I made a purchase at 1pm with my order number 103475, and got the part as a self pick up at the Midrand warehouse at 4:30pm same day.

Some good points: The staff where very friendly and helpful with all my questions. The website is easy to use. The service was fast.

Some negative points: I was in a big hurry and after I phoned the office to follow up on my order they didn't get back to me and I needed to phone again in 30mins. The website can add some more detail about the products.

In general I was very happy with the service and 4/5 for the good service.
