Good service and experience

It was my first time buying from them and I'm quite happy with the service. I bought an "in stock" item and 4 days later it was delivered to me (KZN). I have a suggestion, the order status could use additional statuses (viz. Awaiting payment / Payment received / Ordered from supplier / etc). This will help buyers to see how far their order progressed and not need to constantly contact for updates. I certainly believe it will help the staff save time in responding to each and every request.

I also wish to thank Jaco, he was quick to respond when I made enquiries. Overall I would not hesitate to buy again. When prices are good, queries responded to efficiently and delivery is quick... that is just what most buyers are looking for, and that is what I received.
