Frustrated with PC Link Computers

Good Day!

I placed an order for a laptop battery on 13 Feb 2021 with PC Link Computers and to this day the item was not delivered to me. When I enquire about the order, most of the time they don't respond at all, only an automated reply saying "your request has been received" and other times they just tell me the stock has not arrived yet.

The last two times I made contact with them, I requested a refund, which were also being ignored, so I don't know what to do anymore!!!!!!
