Faulty memory module and don't hear anything from them

Hi, I have bought 8 GB laptop memory, I give problems and I take it back to them in Peck Ave Florida Glen. After 2 months no luck in receiving my new memory from them, I send them emails, no calls from them to let me know what happened to my memory module, I tried to call them but only telling me to email support, I am now tired of this.
