False advertising MISSING items and failure to provide feedback - I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

I ordered the new HTC Vive virtual reality headset as well as the wireless kit. The website advertisers that the wireless headset is compatible with the Vive and the Vive Pro, absolute nonsense, it is compatible but now you have to spend and additional R2037.00 to buy the cable that connects the wireless adaptor to the headset. Why can they just not state that on the box or on the internet, cable not included. Delivery was timeous but when we unpacked the wireless kit, there were items missing, which on the internal documentation it states what's in the box and it is clearly states a powerbank, we then tried phoning, their phones are off, the only option we had was to email, we got a response from Jaco Venter stating that they confirmed with supplier it does not come with a powerbank. I followed up with a reply and pictures of the documentation that shows what is the box. still have not received a reply.
