False advertising and lack of communication

The worst service I have ever had, there is no communication, when I finally get the speaker I ordered its in the wrong colour. I'm ****ed for days, either I get what I ordered or I want my money back. I can't spend so much money and not get what I paid for. They deserve not even a single star for this
