Failure to deliver

I ordered an LG monitor on 11 Nov 2020 which firstly arrived two weeks late. I planned to make use of the monitor for professional photo editing, and online reviews of this particular model praised its colour accuracy. I was disappointed to notice an uneven colour temperature across the panel so sent it back for a replacement. That was two weeks ago and I’m still empty handed, after spending almost 10 grand a month ago.
