Extremely Poor Service

I ordered an item from PC-Link Computers on 1 February 2021. I received a tracking number on 19 April, but was informed by the courier that they were hijacked. An email was sent to PC-Link Computers and they gave me the option to be refunded or to re-order the item. I re-ordered the item on 19 April. Now after 4 months there is no reply on my emails, no tracking number, no delivery, no item. I cannot recommend this company.
