Extremely Poor Service

I ordered and paid for goods on the 2nd of February 2021 - order # 17513. After not receiving any updates I emailed them for an update on 31 March 2021 and they informed me that one item will be delivered and the other item is not in stock and will be refunded. After many follow-up emails I have not received delivery of any of the items ordered and I also did not receive a refund. NOW I JUST WANT A TOTAL REFUND!!! I am very disappointed with the poor serviced received. The replies I gets from them are always the same - We will follow up and revert back to you...then nothing happens.

How long can it take to follow-up, resolve the issue, refund me and revert back to me? Surely not 7 MONTHS!
