Extremely bad shopping experience

Only after 20 days and many mails I send I got an answer that they are experiencing problems with their suppliers. I lost an customer due to their ignorance. cannot call them and no business address to visit. You are left out cold hope to get my money back, I am sure they bank our money for the interest then comes with excuses.
