Don't waste your time!

I ordered a printer on a Black Friday and promptly paid for it by EFT.

I received no confirmation of my order for days.

When I chased up Jaco by email, he advised that "the supplier could not locate the product in their warehouse".

After a lot of chasing and threatening him with legal action, I finally received a full refund.

From my personal experience and from the huge amount of negative comments posted here, it is clear that this company is an absolute joke!
