Don't trust PC Link computers.
I ordered a monitor from pc link, phoned to make sure they had stock and was confirmed that i would receive the monitor by the 5th of September or even the 31st of august if the supplier was quick,so went ahead and paid. 2 days later get an email saying it will take 3-4 weeks to deliver the monitor. who knows why they couldn't just call me after lying to me that they had stock. i was unhappy with this and requested a refund. sent my bank details to them as requested on the 3rd September and still no refund has been paid. i had a strange feeling this company couldn't be trusted and should have went with my gut.
You confirmed stock in the morning and only placed your order in the afternoon with us on 28 August 2018. We rep**** confirming that the 1 unit which was in stock was sold out and that eta was 3-4 weeks on 29 August 2018. You rep**** on 3 September 2018 with your banking details. Refund has been done. Please check your bank account. Unfortunately, limited stock items can be sold out at any time.
