Don’t order from PC Link Computers!
-10. Poor, actually no service. Paid for goods27.4.2021. To date, I have not received single reply to any of my emails to them. I never received a confirmation of my order for PC LINK Computers, the only proof I have is the pay fast confirmation. Bye Bye R1400. There is no contact number listed for this company, and you can only send them emails. They Dont respond.

We have issued a refund VIA payfast.
Unfortunately any battery needs to be inspected at customs.
They consider batteries as dangerous goods and customs does not provide a timeframe for items that have been placed under review.
Kindly note that payfast will confirm the refund VIA email and explain the refund process as well.
