Don't do business with Pc Link Computers

I ordered Wenol from them and received an email dated 11 June 2020 for payment confirmation in the amount of R1 060,00. Various emails followed to no avail (14 July, 12 Aug, 25 Sept, 30 Sept, 1 Oct, 3 Oct, 12 Oct and 3 Nov 2020), I phoned PcLink Computers on 5 Oct 2020 10:31. A message said the call will be answered within 48 hours - nobody returned the call. I phoned again on 14 Oct 2020 13:25 - once again a message said the call will be answered within 48 hours. Nobody returned the call. On 12 Nov 2020 I received an email from Pc Link Computers instructing a person to refund the amount of R 1 060,00. To date I haven't received the amount. I once again sent emails on 9 Dec 2020, 8 Jan and 12 Jan 2021. Still NO response from Pc Link Computers. I am also going to report Pc Link Computers at the National Consumer Commission. Be warned NOT to do business with Pc Link Computers.
