Don't buy from Pc Link!

I've ordered a Canon printer on their online store. I received the payment and order confirmation via email the same day. They said it will be delivered between 1-2 working days. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received any printer. I tried to phone them but they only give you an email address to contact. The number you want to call doesn't even ring. It automatically goes to voice mail with a woman giving you the email address to contact. I've sent them an email but no feedback. I'm following up with them every day on feedback but no response. I'm not sure how to get hold of them and find out when I will receive my printer. Very poor service!
