DONT BUY FROM PC LINK COMPUTERS

Ordered an Epson T6710 Maintenance box online on 5 June 2020. They have delivered the incorrect one. I drove to their premises and returned the box to them on 15 June 2020. Mark and Sizwe acknowledged receipt of items. I was assured of a assessment and either item replaced or refunded. It is 3 weeks later and have not obtained my money back nor the item. No response from Provider. No accountability
