Does this organisation actually exist?

I ordered a birthday gift online and my credit card was immediately debited. On following up, they advised that the item was not in stock and only anticipated it being available in two months time. I cancelled the order and have been following up with PC Link for the refund of R1,720 for the past two months. It is not possible to reach them telephonically (message on their number says their phone line has been suspended due to large numbers of their employees working from home) and emails to them go unanswered. I am becoming increasingly convinced that PC Link Computers is an online ****.
