They always had **** service, even before Covid. They dont take calls and you are told to email them but they dont reply to emails either - lucky I just had an enquiry and was not following up on a purchase. Stay away from them and rather pay a bit more from a reputable company and you will get your product timeously - I have been to their "shop" - they are working out of a freakn house - dont be fooled!
