Do not shop with these people!

Despite a number of phone calls requesting my tax invoice, this has never been sent. They sent the wrong one then they just sent nothing. Be warned, something not right is going on here.

We have emailed you copy a copy of your tax invoice. We will be taking it up with the staff member that did not respond back to you this afternoon. We do apologize for sending you another clients invoice. Please feel free to contact us if you have not received your invoice by mail.

I have now received my tax invoice, and I appreciate the fact that the company has responded. I will not delete my original review, because I see that at least one previous reviewer has had exactly the same problem with this organisation (non-supply of tax invoice). However, I am prepared to state that I received my purchased items in good time and good order. If you don't care about your tax invoice and/or don't mind that you have to put up a fight to get it, I suppose you can consider shopping here.
