Do not do business with Pc Link Computers

I order ((Order #11376) a Celestron Power tank on 17 August 2020 from Pc Link Computers via their internet webpage and paid the amount of R3,528.00 (including) Vat. They confirm my order and payment the same day via email. That's when all my trouble started. Since that day I tried to contact PC Link Computer and to be specific DEHAN WILLIAMS via phone and email but without any success. They always have an excuse . Excuses like they waiting for customs to clear the order etc. Then they accuse the couriers not knowing tat I know one of the senior managers of that company who I have contacted and asked them if they can assist me with the problem The senior manager gave a lady in his firm instructions to contact Mr Dehan Williams at Pc Link Computers to find out what is the problem and how they can assist. She kept me in the link by CC some of the emails between her company and PC Link Computers's Mr Williams. But still I do not have heard a word from Pc Link Computers. I am not interested in their excuses or not in the product anymore I just want my money back. There is no address or phone number whish I can contact . I just want to warn other people in South Africa that they should not do ant business with these people You just cannot trust them at all they Do not have any idea of how one should run a internet business and how one should treat customers or they are knowingly taking people for a ride or may I say doing ********** transactions. and they should be stop from doing any business.
