Do not buy from PC Link – still waiting for a refund 5 months later

I ordered two products in early October 2020 intended as birthday gifts for the end of October. The website said to expect 10-20 days for delivery. I waited. I reached out towards the end of October to find out where my items were and was informed that one would arrive in 6 weeks and the other was unavailable. My first item arrived mid December. I enquired about a refund for the unavailable item. When I finally heard back in January, I was told they would look into it and sorry for the inconvenience. It's now March, and I'm still waiting. I email them regularly to ask about my refund, and I get the same answer, along the lines of, we're looking into it. This company needs to do some serious learning about customer service. I was unhappy about the delay and lack of communication around the first item – the one that I actually received – but that pales in comparison to the delay and waste of my time and energy around a refund that has so far taken five months, and counting.
