Received Product in good time BUT when it turned faulty (still under guarantee) I am still waiting for ANY form of reply from them AFTER they received it AND confirmed as such! Been waiting since January for ANY reply of the state of my Samsung Watch! Don't pick up their phones asks for email and oly receive a ref number NOTHING else. Useless. Don't buy!!!!
