Do not believe

When I place my online order, Order No: 179197 on the 11/11/2021 @ 08:06 the morning for a 2kw UPS, the unit was in stock and ready for delivery.

I paid my billed and expected the unit to be delivered as the deliver fee was included in the bill.

Since then I been trying to get hold of anyone to understand why this order has not yet been delivered.

I have sent countless emails to their support and sales departments.

Ironically, I just looked on their site, the unit is available and yet I am not receiving mine.

They currently have stock of this item, well that is what their website is stating, however they refuse to send me mine paid for unit.

I would never recommend them to anyone.
