Dishonesty, shocking attitude and unapologetic

I ordered and paid for two data projectors (Optoma X341) listed on the website on 17 October. 2 working days later I was informed that the projectors have been discontinued. These projectors have no in fact been discontinued and the shop did not look into this.

I requested a refund so that I could buy these "discontinued projectors" that I required urgently elsewhere. My refund was only received only 27 October - 10 days after my initial order.

The website since has a new look and the data projector is still listed at the same price now indicating that they have 2 in stock.

When I contacted Ruan Meyer about the 2 projectors that are apparently now in stock, I was told that the website is not correct.

No apologies. No offers for an alternative at the same or similar price. Dishonest. Rude attitude. Stay far away!
