Desperate attempt to get a response to order 26731

I am writing this in a desperate attempt to actually get a response from the company! Order 26731 was placed on 01 November 2021. The website said it would be delivered within 10 - 25 working days. It has now been 37 days and I cannot get ahold of anyone from the company to try to get an update on what is happening! This is simply Unacceptable! I have tried to email them several times with no success! Tried calling their number and it says we are only avaliable via email. Then what is the point in publishing a number for the public to phone?!
