Delivery on time, but used goods.
Placed order on 30/07/2021. Price of SSD was good, and the price of the RAM was average. Items arrived today 04/08/2021 and both items were not new. The SSD Box was opened and seemed used and the seal on the RAM was broken. Nowhere on the item page did they mention this which is very very dishonest. I will test out the items and if they do not work, will request a refund.
@PC Link Computers... Please can you explain this to me why do you not mention the condition of your items on the site.

Kindly note that both the items ordered was indicated as a special.
These units use to be display models, therefor they are unsealed but also unused items.

Thanks for clearing thay up. I actually don't mind that they were display stock.
Where were they on display? I don't see that you have a physical store, if you do I would love to come and view some more items that I need.
Yes they are marked as specials, but given the bad rep that you have, I would suggest that you mention this on the item page on your site. I would have still bought them if I knew that.
