Delay in refunding

Purchased a laptop bag online from pc link shop. Returned the item and was promised a refund within 5 days. 3 weeks later, still no refund. The phones do not work and after my email follow up, Mauruce Venter (returns manager) was promised they would get check on the refund and revert. Still nothing. Short of going to the dispatch store of the place in midrand, throwing a tantrum and refusing to leave until they refund - I will post of every social media site and ensure customers do not buy from them - because their service is a ****show. Expect to get more efficiency and service from Eskom. Reading all the bad reviews, I am wondering if I will ever get my money back, unless its a demand + summons. STAY AWAY from this company!
