Customer service complaint - Oh wait there is no customer service

Why would a business not have a contact telephone number. Have sent email after email and not even getting a auto response. Makes me wonder if I made the right choice here. Perhaps the R230 more at Takealot would have been less stressful and one would be guaranteed of fast efficient service delivery, at least one get get hold of them. Once I get my product, if ever, I will not recommend these people or make use of their services again.
