Customer service

Placed an order over a month ago for an office item. Received confirmation on the day which asked for a 20 day wait. When I followed up to track progress, I received an email from Dehan Williams that their supplier was out of stock. He said my order would be refunded. To date nothing has reflected. PC link have turned off their phones and are not responsive to emails. Worst customer experience I've ever received in South Africa.
